“Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly! Cons: The pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay for unknown reasons. The bathroom (specifically around the toilet area) was not as clean as I would have expected. The couch in our room had suspicious-looking stains on it and none of us dared to sit on it.”

“First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. “Not really any staff for the rooms, clean, no tv in the bedroom, didn’t really see staff til the second day, when someone randomly walk in our room, didn’t knock or anything, kept getting text about an odor in the hallway, but didn’t smell anything. The food from the restaurant was good. Our patio was right above the smoking area outside so when we opened it up, cigarette smells came in really bad. Overall was and ok stay, just ok.”

“Motel had a bad smell. Front desk staff was running motel next door also. Beds were uncomfortable. Definitely not a $80 a night room. Very disappointed. ”

“Ett underbart hotell i anslutning till vingården och härliga omgivningar. Vänlig personal och förstklassig service. Det rum vi valt (Venetian suite) var precis så fint som vi hoppades. Vi var där under lågsäsong så öppettider på restaurang och bar var begränsade, fullt förståeligt, då vi var få hotellet. Vi återkommer gärna och rekommenderar varmt!”

“This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.”

“Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.”

“The pool clean but the hot lukewarm. Staff had it set at 85 degrees and wouldn't turn up the temperature. The building structure of the hotel had cracks and wood window frames falling apart or missing. Breakfast was bagels, cereal and muffins. Our toilets in both rooms worked only half the time. I had to find a plunger to unclog the toilet. At check-in the desk person tried charging my cc twice and wasn't going to give us our rooms. I prepaid for 2 rooms. Overall visit 1.5 stars.”
