No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. “Attentive team and clean property. Pool eas closed and bath towels were on the smaller scratchy side but otherwise an amazing stay. Will be back when visiting the area!”

“This will be our last stay at a Days Inn property. The facility is run down and poorly maintained. When closed and locked, you could see daylight around the entrance door. Immediately after check-in, we had to go back to the office because the lock on the door was apparently stuck and wouldn't lock when we tried to go to dinner. We had our granddaughter with us and when we unfolded the sofa sleeper for her, the mattress was so stained it was disgusting and we would not allow her to sleep on...

“The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”

“My husband and I typically lodge at this property when we’re in the area. It’s located near the airport, eateries of all kinds (Olive Garden is just a few steps away from the hotel.), shopping centers, and I-64 (towards Richmond and Virginia Beach, either direction). We always feel safe on the property and in our room. Breakfast is continental and nothing to rave about. Parking can be a hassle, especially in the evenings and on weekends. “Rooms were clean and our stay was comfortable and uneventful.”

“We’ve stayed in various Colonial Williamsburg properties over the past 50 years. We were disappointed with the Woodlands. The parking lots were filled with potholes and we had to dodge a few to get to our building. The elevator was located off the lobby which required walking a long distance once we reached our floor. A more centrally located elevator would have been much nicer. The room was comfortable and clean. All in all, it was ok, especially for one night, but we won’t stay there again.”
