The first floor is a light-filled haven of modern design, featuring a double-height ceiling and polished flooring.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the modern dining area and cozy living room, perfect for gathering, chatting, and viewing the lush outdoor area. Relax in the unique clear bubble chairs (pictured) for a moment of quiet style.

After a day of exploring, retreat to one of four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for a restful night. Enjoy the convenience of a TV in each bedroom.

Bedroom 2: A serene Queen bed retreat.

Bedroom 3: Another inviting Queen bed.

Bedroom 4: Completes the sleeping space with a final Queen bed.

There are three full bathrooms strategically placed throughout the home for maximum convenience and privacy.

Step outside to your own private oasis. The house features a sparkling, full-sized pool with a built-in hot tub, making it easy to transition from a refreshing swim to a long, soothing soak under the Florida sun.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool,BBQ Grill, balcony, Wi-Fi, limited parking (2 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

To ensure the highest level of comfort for our guests, we regularly update and refresh our indoor and outdoor furnishings. Because of these ongoing upgrades, some furniture pieces may vary slightly in style or color from the listing photos.

The house is a part of a serene, family-friendly neighborhood in central Hollywood, Florida. It is nestled less than 2 miles away from the nearest beach and the famous boardwalk.

The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors. This prime location allows quick access to numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beaches.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

The payment of an additional $1000 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. However, for bookings made during 4th of July week, the security deposit will be increased to $1,500.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.
If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.
The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
**Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.**

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10pm to 10 am

4. A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
