"When you arrive, at the reception, it is nice to talk standard English and not some kind of undescribable bunch of undetectable words which show no respect to a foreign guest. Secondly, no extra blanket in the very cold room, the hair conditioner was completely finished which made me interrupt my shower abruptly and finally: they never cleaned the room!!! Even though we left in the morning and came back late in the evening. Having said that at the reception, the receptionist did not even apologise. The service was NOT a 4 star hotel!!!!! I would never return here. "
