🌴 Tropical Environment: We proactively and regularly treat the property with professional pest control. However, because South Florida is a lush, tropical environment, it is entirely normal to occasionally see a stray bug or insect inside or around the property. You can help us keep them outside by ensuring doors and windows are kept closed!



This is a residential neighborhood — quiet hours after 10 PM

The pool safety fence is in place to protect children. Please do not remove it. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times

Both bathrooms have walk-in showers (no bathtubs)



📷 For your safety and security, this home has exterior security cameras: one at the front entrance facing the driveway/entry, and one at the rear of the house overlooking the pool and patio area. Cameras are outdoor-only, clearly visible, do not record audio, and never face the interior of the home. They're there for property security and guest safety around the pool — never to monitor your stay.



ADDITIONAL RULES



🚭 Strictly No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home and under the covered patio. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found on the premises.



🚫 No Parties or Events: We maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind are not permitted.



🔊 Noise Monitoring: The property is equipped with privacy-compliant noise level detectors. These devices only measure decibel levels to prevent disruptive noise and do not record audio or conversations. Please observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



👥 Registered Guests Only: For safety and insurance purposes, no unregistered visitors or additional guests are allowed on the property at any time. Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.



🍷 No Glass by the Pool: For everyone's safety, absolutely no glass bottles or glassware are allowed in or immediately around the pool area. Please use plastic cups or cans when swimming.



🚽 Plumbing Care: Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush paper towels, baby wipes, "flushable" wipes, or feminine hygiene products, as these will cause severe blockages and potential plumbing service fees.



🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property without prior written approval and payment of an applicable pet fee. Unapproved pets will result in a penalty fee.



⏰ Check-Out Protocol: Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM so our professional cleaning crew can prepare the home for the next arrival. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a late fee.
