Key West Style Tropical Paradise with Pool

Summary:
Enjoy a relaxing Florida vacation by the pool! This beautifully decorated Key West style home is centrally located between downtown Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is full of old Florida charm and has a peaceful Key West style, while at the same time remaining close to all of the fun and excitement that Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

The Space:
The home is a beautifully designed main house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. When you reach the house, you'll walk in through a gorgeous front porch into a large open concept living and dining area with tasteful furnishing. There are two bedrooms on the right hand side of the house off of the main living area, and these two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between them. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. As you walk towards the back of the home, you'll pass through a large galley kitchen and a utility room that contains a washer and dryer on the left hand side. Elegant french doors lead into the spacious master suite that features a home office space, beautiful views out to the pool area, a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. Head out to enjoy the beautiful pool through the utility room or through the primary suite.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire main home, backyard and pool, and will have enough driveway space for approximately three cars. Please note that there is a tenant that lives in the guest house in the backyard of the property, but the pool area is reserved just for guests renting this part of the property.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Middle River Terrace neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL. This area is located between downtown and Wilton Manors and is close to many shops, bars and restaurants.

Getting Around:
There are lots of amenities and shops within walking distance of the home, but for further trips I would recommend either driving or using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft. The home has one parking space in the driveway for guest use.

Other Things to Note:
The home has a Level 1 Tesla charger.
The pool can be heated at a cost of $25 per day.
Please note that there is a tenant that lives in the guest house in the backyard of the property, but the pool area is reserved just for guests renting this part of the property.

Interaction with Guests:
I will be available to guests for anything that they need, but will not disturb guests unless they have questions :)
