Gillade: Incheckning och kommunikation
The check in process for the property was easy. The security deposit sounded suspicious, due to the fact that the host was very adamant on the payment being through Zelle and not the app. We checked out a week ago and we still haven’t received our deposit. The listing says we will receive the money back 3-5 days after check out. Apparently we had to request a refund even though the listing did not state that. In almost every room in the house some was broken. In one of the upstairs bedrooms there was a huge hole in the wall by the door. The gaming room had a broken pool table. The pool was dirty. The master bedroom had a broken toilet, and ripped wallpaper. The shade in that same room would not come down, leaving no privacy at all. One of the irons tip was broken and ripped almost any piece of clothe you used it on. The house listing says it can hold a large group of people, but the kitchen was not equipped for that at all. There were no kitchen towels, no spices no condiments. The towels were very old and dingy. The furniture outside is absolutely dirty and horrible to sit on. The staircase railing was broken and would come off easily. These issues were brought up on the very first day yet there was no action taken.
