This cozy retreat offers a comfortable and budget-friendly stay for solo travelers or couples seeking proximity to both the airport and the vibrant city of Fort Lauderdale. Poinciana Getaway's location not only offers a seamless airport transfer but also grants easy access to the beauty of Fort Lauderdale. The stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and diverse dining options are all within a short drive. Whether you're a frequent traveler in need of a quick stopover or a couple looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Fort Lauderdale, our Poinciana Getaway provides the perfect solution.

**$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Check-in will not be permitted without a valid card on file to cover any incidental charges or potential damages during your stay. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.

Please note: Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, the forms will be sent to you and must be completed in order to proceed with your stay.
Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions.

-***Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance -and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking.

-One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed—$ 500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation

-No parties/events/gatherings. Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). $500 fine for violation.

-Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-No indoor smoking. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire BEFORE BOOKING regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy (1. Immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of bagged/sealed waste in an outdoor trash bin or provided pet waste receptacle, if provided. 2. Keep them leashed or crated anytime they're outside. 3. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused. 4. Pay the pet fee prior to receiving check-in instructions.). There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning.

-Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Requests made after this time will not be able to be honored since it affects the cleaners' schedule.

-Check out time is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12PM check out fee is paid prior to 10PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees.

-Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Due to the cleaners' schedule, requesting early check-in or early bag drop-off does not guarantee it will be possible.

-Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.

-We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee.

-Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled/moved.

-To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence and if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278 [8] of this Code and the certificate of compliance number shall be included in all advertising.

-Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed as indicated in our listing.

- Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is NOT permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area.

- Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not possess a storage facility for such items.

-Please treat the property as if it were your own for your enjoyment and future travelers.

So I wish I could leave a better review, but this is what I experienced. Maybe in a few weeks it won’t be as bad. It’s a brand new property and it’s still under construction, which isn’t something that is mentioned previously. Things to note: -none of the windows open and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom or any ventilation, so it does get musty and dank in the apartment -the property is still under construction so I was woken up at 6:30 AM by jackhammer and construction building a fence. It lasted my entire stay, and when I asked them about it, they said it would be one day. They also do construction/maintenance work until 11 PM. -Maintenance entered my apartment without knocking while I was there, which is very inappropriate -it’s not very stocked so there’s no hand soap or washcloths and there’s only one hand towel. When I asked them about it, they said those were “amenities they didn’t provide”, even though those are essentials -I felt like the communication was extremely corporate and they just give you copy paste responses. -my Internet went out for 8 hours -parking was limited because maintenance trucks took up most of the spaces -would be good if kitchen has essentials like soap, salt and pepper, cooking oil, tea. Overall, I’m sure it will be better in a few weeks, and maybe that will address a lot of the issues. But I don’t think you should let people stay before the properties ready then.
