Good Location

The location met our needs but the property was dirty. Including dirty dishes left in dishwasher and dirty floors. There were next to no dishes supplied.

"Host" did not provide access to the property. "Host" did not answer calls. Host" does not even have a real phone number, just a google number. We had no place to stay and had to find a hotel for our stay.

Nice Property

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed the night before a cruise and this property was not too far from the port with about a 20 minute Uber ride. The neighborhood was not very walkable if that is important.

Will choose another option

The ease of check in and communication with host/property manager prior was great. The interior was not as clean as the pictures in the listing. One shower only had cold water. The second shower, the curtain leaked and it really was evident the floors were not clean. If staying for more than 1 night, bring your own towels. There was 4 towels for 4 adults. The second bedroom, the comforter smelled musty, urinish and the other couple slept on the couch with no blankets. Host/property manager were notified after waking out in the living room and seeing the other couple on the couch. -no response. If you are looking for. La quick/1 night stay and you have a car this would be for you. Bring towels and blankets. Wasn’t for us but might be for you.

Great 1 Night Stay

My husband, myself and another couple stayed 1 night before a cruise. Plenty of space. Both bedrooms had the bathrooms connected to them and each had showers only which is what we prefer. Parking was a little tight since both couples had SUV's and weren't sure if parking one behind the other would work but we ended up being able to do that. The host was very responsive when contacted and had even given us alternate places to park one of the vehicles before we decided to keep the vehicles together. We would definitely try to book this place when we are in the Fort Lauderdale area again.

Neighborhood concerns

The property worked well to get on the ship but we were nervous about the neighborhood, police showed up twice to the complex, once for a neighboring couples domestic dispute and another due to a loud party going on until 2 AM.

Simple stay

We had a party of 4 for a single night stay before catching a cruise. It was a good location about 15 mins away, and the place was enough to wind down with a nice shower. They even had travel soap for you. We didn’t use the soak tub though. Space was clean, big beds, and all essential appliances were there.
