The following issues impacted our stay:- Communication and Check-in: I did not receive check-in details and had to find instructions myself. After a two-hour delay in receiving a text response, I remained locked out for 45 minutes upon my 5:00 PM arrival due to a broken door handle, I reached out to you via text through VRBO and also VRBO support was also unable to reach you during this time.- Maintenance Disturbance: A handyman scheduled for 4:00 PM arrived at 7:00 PM during dinner and stayed until 9:45 PM. He was also then accompanied by an unauthorized individual, which was unprofessional and disruptive.During this time a large pop went off in the house and the light had gone out.- Cleanliness and Condition: The property was not properly cleaned. Vents are covered in dust, with one showing signs of mold. There is visible water damage, cracked ceilings, stained towels, a broken refrigerator light, a loose kitchen sink, a running toilet, and an unstable ceiling fan.- Exterior Issues: The yard contained trash and debris, including a condom box at the front door bush, A dead iguana near the pool caused a foul odor, and dirty dishes from previous guests were left on the deck. Additionally, the front screen door is off its hinges and front door handle needs to be replaced, and there is no functional outdoor lighting.- Trash: We were unable to dispose of our trash upon checkout as the bins have been full since our arrival.
