“No acknowledgement of gold/VIP status (no upgrade, no food/beverage credit). Coffee machine in room, but no water container and no pods. Plastic protector under bedsheets, making noise when moving in bed. Very small room, no desk, no space for suitcase.”

“They did not know that we were gold members and we had to inform the staff of the fact that we had benefits available to us. Additionally, we went to retrieve our vehicle and were 20 minutes over the 24 hour mark. They charged us for a full extra day (24 hour rate of $50) instead of for the extra time. This was really disappointing. ”

"Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! "
