“The hotel was overall very nice and in a great location! Cleaning was very good and the room was confortable. However, we were 4 people in one room and sometimes wouldn't get the right amount of towels, despite pointing it out. We were also sometimes missing schampoo and shower things. Considering us being 4 people, it would have been good if we got more. The room has a kitchen, but there was some necessary kitchen supplies lacking. Overall however, a great stay!”

“Great hotell, room had some minor wear and tear but nothing that stick out in a bad way. Service was great and hotell staff was nice and helpful. I had som issue paying with both my creditcard and debitcard only at this hotell during my stay in New York. It did work out in the end, but i still find it odd.”

Did not expect the restaurant to be closed. No room service or any opportunity to get water, coffee or similiar stuff at the hotel. I assume that the ongoing renovation (wich also was not communicated, will help) ”

“Much better than anticipated. Clean, relatively large room for New York. Great location for a first stay in the city. We don't care much about sound as we both find it soothening. But it wasn't very loud at all, I was expecting much much more while I was reading a lot of other reviews, the walls are thin though so it could be we just got very quiet neighbours.
The bad things I have to say is that the bed was worn out, I mean shrunk down in the middle and squeeky. No sorting of trash. And also...

Vi hade ett familjerum med två dubbelsängar för två vuxna och en ungdom, det passade oss bra. Skulle inte tveka att bo på hotellet fler gånger.”

"Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it.
With this said, I’d still stay here again! "
"They did not make up the room even though we had the please clean sign out. The mat felt dirty and there were not towels etc. for all of us (but was provided when we asked for it). "
