“Room was amazing! Very clean and spacious! Fantastic view! Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. As we were checking in, the gentleman who was behind the desk noticed we had our young daughter with us and he ensured we had a higher floor with an amazing view of Times Square and also gave her a care package with a coloring book. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again!”

“Much better than anticipated. Clean, relatively large room for New York. Great location for a first stay in the city. We don't care much about sound as we both find it soothening. But it wasn't very loud at all, I was expecting much much more while I was reading a lot of other reviews, the walls are thin though so it could be we just got very quiet neighbours. The bad things I have to say is that the bed was worn out, I mean shrunk down in the middle and squeeky. No sorting of trash. And also...
