The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The unit is aged though and the air conditioning unit was in a weird location in the bathroom and therefore it took a long time to cool the sleeping area. It would have been nice to have the air on before we arrived. Good value for a quick night stay.

This is a great place to stay in Fort Macleod at a great price. It is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, and we had a coffeemaker, mini-fridge and microwave. There was also an air conditioner, and the windows open. While the rooms are small, we had everything we needed, including comfortable chairs and a small table. The manager was very nice and gave us recommendations as to where to eat. I was travelling with a friend who has MS and has trouble getting into and out of a bathtub. She was unable to use the bathtub here, but as the room was not advertised as accessible, I'm not deducting points for that.

The room and bathroom were clean though very small, The bed was one of the hardest beds I have ever slept in. We had a group in the room next to us that were very noisy and the walls are very thin.

The exterior can leave one guessing about where they're staying. There was a questionable gentleman doing what we were pretty sure was crack, and their statues covered in toilet paper wasn't the most inviting atmosphere but the owner alleviated my initial concerns. She was a delight, welcoming, but charged an extra $10 for our dog which was not initially mentioned in the fee. The room was in pristine condition, to the point where I felt comfortable walking barefoot (there is no carpeting). The bed was the most comfortable bed we've stayed in while traveling and I would recommend this place for anyone passing through. The TV offered a suitable amount of channels and the wifi worked great!

Cozy motel
We were passing by and this motel offered us a convenient and cozy accommodation. We didn’t expect a lot but it surely met our expectations. Owner was friendly and asked us if we have allergic reaction to down feathers, as the duvet was down. Very thoughtful.

While not a "new" building it was very clean and comfortable. I was shown my room by the person who checked me in. The bed was very comfortable and had very nice bedding. The street is located between the highway that runs through Fort MacLeod and yet was very quiet for traffic noise.

Disappointing
I checked in late to this motel and reasonably expected the room to have been cleaned prior to my check-in. Unfortunately when I entered the room I realized it had not been cleaned. There were big spider webs in the shower/bath tub with lots of tiny grey spiders on them. The whole room had bugs- spiders, clover mites, moths. I closed the bathroom door hoping that was the only section of the room with bugs, but unfortunately they were all over, and were even in the towels and bed. No bed bugs, just spiders and clover mites in the bed. The bedsheets also had a hole in them. I wasn't able to contact the front desk because I checked in late and by the time I saw all the bugs it was 1 am. I was very unhappy with my stay. To their credit, once the motel staff received my complaint the next day they very quickly cleaned the room and changed the sheets, but by then I had already booked another motel. I was unhappy that they would not refund my stay for the night, but did refund me for the next unused night. For what it's worth my friend who stayed two doors down from me in the same motel enjoyed her stay and said her room was very clean and bug-free. The staff themselves were a very nice and welcoming family, it's just too bad that the room was messy.

Standard motel off main highway
The motel room was tired like most motels, but the upside was that it had two comfy chairs to sit at the reasonable sized table. Downside was the arrangement for meal preparation (coffee maker on microwave on fridge) and no real space to layout.

Very nice for price-Pleasant surprise
Owners are both very accommodating and friendly. If you are using a Garmin do not trust the directions....we got lost after an 11 hour drive because we were sent on a wild goose chase - also the address on the expedia website does not match what their address says on their business card.

The good things were the room was clean, beds comfortable and towels were thick and fluffy. The owner was very nice and gave us complimentary bottles of cold water. We also had complimentary coffee and the wifi was great. The downside was the motel is very old and needs repair and updating. Room was very warm, windows wouldn't open, there was no way to cool off room except to open door. The window in the back bedroom was broken and the shower control wasn't working. I working wire receptacles were overloaded with double four way plugs. Stove was connected with a long extension cord. Since it was a one night stay we didn't complain.

This is an older motel but shows pride of ownership. Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The Management was very pleasant and great to deal with and "Coco" was an added treat.
