The award winning, amenity rich, gated community of Paseo is as alive and well as ever before and ready to be your host for a truly carefree, tropical, getaway in Southwest Florida. With stunning amenities and unending activities, this gorgeously planned and lushly landscaped community is a favorite among residents and visitors alike. As a guest of Paseo, you will have access to everything the community has to offer - but there's more! This townhome is a part of a private enclave of 40 townhomes that have the exclusive use of a private pool, social gathering space and shared BBQ grills, nestled in between the quad of buildings. You get to take advantage of the bustling Town Center and Parks when you want - or if you're in the mood for a quieter, more intimate setting, all you have to do is step out the back door and enjoy the relaxing space behind the property.
** Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 20 days will not be accepted, as the condo association has to approve all applications and they take at least 20 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 20 days out from your check-in date and you submit your application within 20 days from your check-in date. There is a $100 application fee to the homeowners association to be paid at the time of processing your application and background check and a $100 late fee for submitting your application less than 20 days from you check-in date.**

Comfortably furnished main level living area with large screen TV w/ community provided cable; main level opens to second level, creating a vast, sweeping impression upon entry; main level powder room allows the upstairs bathrooms to remain private
A half flight of stairs leads up to the second level, where you will find the dining area, lovely open kitchen and access to the rear facing balcony - where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the pool and social gathering space exclusive to this enclave of townhomes
Kitchen with full size appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, pantry, all cookware, dinnerware and many kitchen tools and small appliances, including a drip and Keurig coffee maker; dining table with seating for 4, eating bar with bar stools and bistro set allow for plenty of dining options
Upstairs primary suite with king bed, TV with Cable, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub
