* The home has central AC—one unit for each floor (no individual room controls).

* We do our best to keep the temperature comfortable, especially when the house is full.

* For guests who prefer a warmer space or no AC, portable heaters are available upon request and work great.

The Space:

Located on the first floor of the Hibiscus House Inn, the Parrot Room offers a comfortable and inviting stay. Thoughtful decor and natural light create a warm, relaxing atmosphere, while the well-appointed bathroom adds a touch of luxury.



Enjoy views of lush hibiscus and Florida greenery right outside your window.



Guest Access:

As our guest at the Inn, you'll enjoy your own private room with a dedicated exterior entrance. An interior door connects you to shared spaces, including a spacious dining area with tea, coffee, and water, as well as a cozy lounge with couches and chairs.



Step outside to explore the garden, and enjoy the convenience of a private parking lot.



To help maintain our low rates and reduce environmental impact, we do not provide daily room cleaning as a standard.

If you would like to request daily cleaning, a $20 service fee will apply.

Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with our housekeeping team.

LeeTran's public transportation encompasses buses citywide and a charming beachside trolley, a budget-friendly choice though possibly slower. Fort Myers' flat terrain makes biking an enjoyable exercise with numerous paths, while walking through the vibrant River District presents a delightful opportunity to discover shops, eateries, and galleries. Your choice hinges on convenience, budget, or eco-friendly preferences – each mode promises an enriching experience amid Fort Myers' attractions.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.



Breakfast for 2 is included in the nightly rate. Additional guests will be charged a breakfast fee.
