“The unit is upstairs and we couldn’t figure out how to operate the blinds, so it felt removed from the outside world. The screened in porch/entry on the main level was nice. Cute interior and good quality overall. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and coffee maker is for k-cups (none provided). I wished I had an eye mask in the main bedroom because of street lights, but I would stay there again. Beach towels were provided. ”

“Our family had a DREAM STAY at this wonderful Florida house!! The house was very neat and clean, the pool and hot tub were excellent and heated wonderfully, and Zamira was extremely kind and responsive when needed. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“The pool was great! Just right temp on a hot day. Host was quick in response. Beautiful area and we absolutely loved the bikes.We were a bit disappointed in the homes amenities, there was no grill to cook on. Also no extra linens for the beds. No iron, no games, nothing to right on not even a pen. Usually there are things in the house to get started no napkins nothing at all to clean with. Maybe you should think about basic cleaning products. I don’t want to put the home down I’m just suggesting...

“Huset var inte ordentligt städat när vi kom. Vi kontaktade företaget och det kom snabbt städare som skulle åtgärda problemet. Jag visade bilder samt berättade tydligt vad som behövde åtgärdas (se bilder) men de sopade endast golven, märkligt! Kändes inte som vi togs på allvar…En av anledningarna att vi valde detta hus var vattenfallet i poolen. Denna var vi tvungna att få avstängt eftersom den läckte ut över hela pation…. En taklampa var trasig när vi kom och trots att de vid incheckningen...

“Kelly and Robert's home was absolutely perfect. The location was great, right on the channel with quick access to the river and Gulf. There is a small beach nearby which was nice because we didn't have to struggle for parking like some days at the larger beaches. We brought our kayaks and the location was perfect for them. “Dana was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. The house was roomy and inviting and well appointed. Very nice stay”

“Upon pulling up I was a bit concerned but it’s just an older property. Once inside it was very clean and very nicely put together. The bed is a soft mattress if that’s any pro or con for anyone. It does not have a washer/dryer (and it never said it did or didn’t). We were gone most of the time so I didn’t use the kitchen much, but looked quite stocked with utensils, appliances etc. The grocery store is close. I only communicated with the hosts via text but all was fine there. ”
