Vackert yrkeshem ligger i hjärtat av Ft Myers, FL. Nyligen ombyggt hem med 2/1 badrum med extra spelrum / solrum. Det finns en fin uteplats där du kan njuta av solen i Florida. Hemmet ligger i ett säkert / lugnt område. Det är gångavstånd till Edison köpcentrum (kan se köpcentret från trädgården) Några minuter från historiska Edison & Ford hem i centrum, Red Sox & Fenway Park stadion (baseball), golfbanor, vackra stränder och shoppingområden. Detta underbara hem och plats är PRISELESS !!

Great quite location!

This property was really nice, in a really quite neighborhood. Everything was close and easy to get to. The host was great with communication.

Poor maintenance

The neighborhood is marginal but quiet. House is poorly maintained with the exception of most appliances which appeared to be newer save the combination coffee maker/toaster oven. The shower plumbing is loose in the wall with both the valve & the tub spout moving freely at the touch, this is a water incident waiting to happen. Sleepeing was a challange Bedding very bad.

NOT Recommended

The overriding word for this locale is CHEAP. Not the price, but every thing in it. For example: - Furniture is old, and much of it marred. Looks like it all came from a second hand store. - Water pressure is low, and the hot water is not hot. - Lighting is dim throughout. There is no light over the bathroom sink. The bathroom fan does not work. - Curtains are old, flimsy, and do not completely block out light. - The "yard" is nothing but weeds, weeds, weeds. - There is a nice robe, but there is no belt for it. - There is no TV channel list, the back of the TV is filthy, there is no ESPN, the DVD player would not synch to the TV system and there is no way to plug in one's own DVD. - All the "flowers" in the household are plastic, incl. those in yard. - Pieces of floor molding have come loose. - There is a Washing Machine, but no detergent for it. - There is but one clock in the house other than the stovetop, and it does not work. - Even the toilet paper is the cheapest money can buy.

Very nice house

the house was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay. Would suggest that a few more necessities be included (toilet paper, more large towels, garbage bags and more eating utensils). Would stay there again.

Cozy Home Away From Home

Beautiful house, the back porch was amazing place to read and play games. The pull out bed in the living room wasn't the most comfortable but it was wonderful for a short stay. It was close to all the main shops. I'd recommend it to anyone staying with friends or a family :)

Quaint Fort Myers House

It was as advertised, in a very central location. Easy access to a number of different sites including downtown and the islands. We did not have enough bedding and the issue was fixed ASAP with great response. It is a great place to have a beer on the porch and pet the neighbors cat.

Perfect for Baseball Tournament

We played in the PG tournament with all games in the Ft. Myers area. Nothing was further than 20 minutes. Costco not far away and a Publix even closer for all our needs. Strong Wifi in the house for distance learning for my son so that was perfect. Super quiet neighborhood. It was just the 2 of us so good space. Only knock is not a lot of channels to watch on TV which had us miss some of the MLB playoffs. Used iPad to watch games we could, with strong Wifi, that worked just fine. Junie is awesome as the property owner!!! Would stay here again in the future for all the reasons above.
