“Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent many options for breakfast much better than the continental breakfast that most hotel serves. Parking at the hotel is $40 a day. Don’t use their parking, park on Peabody Street two minutes away at the AirGarage. Use SpotHero to reserve a spot. I parked there for the eight days for $120. ”

“Fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis, eller det är ju egentligen inget hotell - många som bor där som hyr lägenheterna långtid. Super fint poolområde som vi tyvärr inte hann besöka pga vädret. Vår lägenhet var super stor, med allt man behöver och super mysigt! Köket behöver salt och pepper etc. men redskaper finns. Super nöjda!! ”

“Everything was good. Perfect location nearby everything. Just watch out for problems to enter the garage if you are an international guest. We and other guests had big problem to go in and out.”

However, be mindful that they have a resort fee that they might want you to pay covering aspects as free water, gym access etc. They were professional when we said that we have not used any of the facilities that it covered and then we did not need to pay it. “Having heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed. The location is very noisy - we didn’t sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least we’d expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent. The check in was arrogant and outright unfriendly. “This hotel was most memorable. The furnishings, lighting, and other aspects of the hotel were very eclectic. We went at Christmas and the interior was decorated so nicely. It was warm and inviting with the wood tones and upscale decorations, every person that we dealt with at this hotel is most accommodating and extremely friendly. We definitely give them an A+ plus on service. The sisters from Virginia will definitely be back! ”

“From the moment we arrived it was obvious the staff understood hospitality as their pleasantness was not forced or fake. You could tell they liked what they did and were glad to be there. The bathroom literally gleamed. Not a water spit or piece of dust to be found. Each of the guest rooms were unique in setup and art and accessories. Location was perfect. This place was great!”
