“Somewhat basic decor but kitchen, bath and bed were all more than adequate. Very close to wonderful choice of beaches. Lots of fishing opportunities. We enjoyed the stay and are planning a return trip.”

“We stayed in the cottages of IndianRiver lagoon waterfront cottages March 1-31 The cottages are quaint and cute . They are perfect for a couple or small families . If the cottage walls could speak, I am sure we would hear great stories of their 80 year history. The grounds are beautiful with walk ways and palm trees and flowering bushes. “It was very quaint and perfect for me. I needed a place for a little over a week while my apartment is undergoing construction and this was a nice getaway that was perfect for me and my 2 cats. Great cable options, movies, comfy bed, coffee. I was impressed! ”

“First off, we have used vrbo and homeaway several times. We have always been happy with the quality of the properties and tend to overlook minor things. This one you can't ignore. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around, the floor in front of the commode looks as if you could easily fall through, palmetto bugs, completely rotted sink base in kitchen, rotted exterior unlevel floors etc. etc. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Don't go.”

“In this out-of-the main street waterfront property, Bruce and I were very relaxed. This property is dated, but everything worked. The bed is super comfy. Kimberly our host was very responsive and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice.”
