âUnfortunately, our stay at the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room we were first given was located right next to the elevator and the lobby bar, which caused significant noise throughout the evening. In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee â something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. â

âThis place/hotel is absolutly great!!! You cannot get more satisfaction. I have stayed here more than 8 times before during more than 25 years. Every time I chose wonderful San Diego this is tthe place to be at!!!â

âFresh design, quite new hotel, super clean. Pool, gym, really nice and well equipped. This hotel seems so much better than 2* --it actually IS as nice as on the pictures! Have been in worse 4* hotels...Extremely friendly staff, also. Definitely would come back.â

âClean and quiet room for a very weary traveler, who was arriving at 1AM. MY RESERVATION WAS QUICKLY CONFIRMED and I stepped down to a welcoming environment.
The the linens were so soft, very high quality.And welcoming to this very, very exhausted body. Breakfast was adequate and restocked continuously. As I am a yogurt and cranberry juice for breakfast person. So not a good judge on breakfast. High quality yogurt and not watered down juice i was happy.
Plenty of parking and close to the room....

âA nice hotel for the traveler. Good service to and fro airport. Happy staff. As our flight was early we got a breakfast packet.
The hotel had some problem with the elevators.
Close to good restaurants.â

"AlltsÄ. LÀget var ju fantastiskt men stÀllet var allmÀnt dÄligt skött och nedgÄnget. Stort kök men dÄligt utrustat. För lite tallrikar etc. Ingen kökskniv eller skÀrbrÀda. Och LUKTEN. FruktansvÀrd lukt inne pÄ rummet. Luktade frÀnt som i ett stall ungefÀr. De sprayade med aerosol nÀr vi klagade. MÀrktes att de gjort det förut för vaktmÀstaren kom direkt med en flaska, som vi behöll pÄ rummet. För lukten kom tillbaka efter ett par timmar.
