“We stayed for a weekend getaway for our Anniversary. The house was very nice and beautiful. The access to get to the beach was definitely a plus. It was just a short walk. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Communication was very easy and they were there if we needed them. The only negative was the driveway. “We had 7 people- 6 adults and a 2 year old. The place was quiet and walking distance to the beach but also close enough to get to the action of Destin if needed. We rented bikes which I highly recommend. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond to needs of our group. The place was definitely kid friendly with tons of games, pack and play, crib and beach toys. Beds were comfortable and the space is bigger than pictured. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay and again,...

“The property was definitely more than what we expected. You cant beat the price, there was everything we needed in the home. It was very spacious. There were 7 of us and we all had our own space. It was nice. Plan on booking again at this property when we visit Florida again. The owner was amazing and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend! ”
