Ligger i hjärtat av Miramar Beach är det prestigefyllda Shipwatch community. Detta charmiga 3 100 kvadratmeter stora hem har allt du kan tänka dig för den perfekta strandsemester! Fleur Di Seas ligger bara en minuts promenad till sanden. Detta nybyggda hem (våren 2019) har fem privata och rymliga sovrum, fyra badrum, 2 halva bad, en uppvärmd privat pool, utomhusuppvärmd dusch och en gasgrill.

På första våningen finns ett vått barområde, tvättstuga i full storlek, två bilgarage, kungens gästrum och pulverrum. På andra våningen, det exklusiva, fullt utrustade kök, vardagsrum och master svit med privat badrum.

Tredje våningen i detta hem är inbyggda våningssängar, två rum med dubbla drottningar i vardera och ett andra kungens sovrum. Varje rum i detta hus är unikt och modernt med perfekt dekorativ touch och uppmärksamhet på detaljer. Lounge i solen, koppla av i skuggan och svalka dig i den orörda poolen precis utanför bakdörren!

Wanted to share a few things:-the house could use a good deep clean (ex: fake glue on finger nail in drawer, old food residue on dishes, ping pong balls under couch, random stuff stuffed into living console table, first floor smells of cigarettes that someone attempted to remove the smell)-grill igniter doesn’t work-cockroaches found on both first and second floors. Ick!Cannot say we’d book this house again

Great location and the beach chairs on the beach for us each day were awesome! The house needs some good TLC. We also had roaches on multiple days. They sent an exterminator or two days later. However, we were not planning shareing our vacation with roaches!!

My friends and I booked this property for a girls trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was clean, beautiful, and had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the convenience of the grocery store and shopping nearby, as well as the beach access being a short walk away! For most of us, it was our first time in Destin, and we would all definitely come back!

Spring stay

We loved our stay at Fleur de Seas. Layout was great for our group. Property was very clean and proximity to beach was great. We heated the pool because the weather was not overly warm. Only recommendation I would have would be to add pool towels and maybe a few board games for rainy days. Otherwise overall well equipped and very comfortable

Beautiful Beach House

We had a great time in this amazing beach house! Close to the beach and a wonderful place to hang out with friends. Lots of space and floor plan is perfect for a bigger group. Would highly recommend this property in Miramar Beach!

This was a 4 day weekend for 6 adults. The location was absolutely perfect, the house was GORGEOUS. It was spotless and exactly as described. We are all planning on going back every year. It could not have been more beautiful. A++

Wonderful beach get away!

This rental was exactly as described. Beautiful and roomy house. Lots of stairs. Backyard is not very private but we had great neighbors! Rental company takes about 24 hours to respond but Aaron (the rep) was professional and efficient. Really close beach access. We brought a collapsible wagon but never needed it. The front porch is close to heaven! We spent lots of time out there. Grocery store is is very convenient and plenty of restaurants around. Would definitely return!

Beautiful house and view

We really enjoyed staying here but unfortunately we would not return. The community does not allow outdoor entertainment after 8 and is unfortunate because we were on vacation and we wanted to spend time around the Pool at night time. The pool area has no privacy at all. The guard at the front was very disrespectful and too bossy. The house do not have a double car driveway.

Amazing house and beach

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for 3 families and it had everything we needed. The only trouble we encountered was that they needed to drain the community pond into the ocean. It made the ocean dirty and it had a terrible smell. On those days we had to stay at the house pool. Luckily we were at crab island for one of the days. When that wasn’t happening…it really was perfect.

Great rental, we would return!

The rental is fantastic! It was clean and furnished well. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and two children. We had a couple of small, non-emergency maintenance issues which the property company resolved quickly upon opening on Monday. The beach access is easy and the small pool proved to be a great feature, especially for the kids. The fact that the unit comes with four chairs and two umbrellas on the beach was also appreciated. My favorite area of the house was the second floor balcony off of the family room. It was definitely our gathering spot. We would rent this unit again.

80th Birthday Celebration! Perfect :-)

We fly out from Arizona to meet other family members to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The property was as beautiful in person as in pics. Enough room to sleep 11 of us ! The walk to the beach was steps away ...no streets to cross. The kitchen was adequately stocked ..as we stayed in to cook every night.. wonderful views from front porch . We will definitely return to this property in the future!!

Convenient! Would stay again.

SHORT walk to beach. Plenty of room! Wifi was mot working, but we were ok with hot spots. Winn Dixie a very close walk.
