“Keep in mind the golf cart is not included with the cost even though in the title it says “with”. In the details it does say for an additional cost. Clean place, easy walking distance to the private beach. Do not expect any snacks or coffee for your stay. We were able to drop off our luggage in the garage early and take the golf cart to explore while they were preparing the place. “The townhouse is clean. Each toilet has one massage (soap) bar, two toilet paper rolls (enough for 6 people to use for almost a week) and many towels. We brought shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. It has a big top load of washing machine and a front load dryer. We brought plenty of laundry detergent for our beach towels and swimming clothes since we went to the beach everyday. “I loved the location but this property needed a complete update on the furniture and also needs a new cleaning service. We had to reclean the bathroom toilets! Also one of the toilet brushes was covered in poop! We also sweeped the floor that seemed like it had not been done in weeks. We also went to use the grill and it was rotted. Some of the beach chairs were rotted as well. For the amount of money we paid I expect better ”

"Not good: The first room I get was it a sound from the fridge and some other type of electrical frequency noise, thay I could not stand. so I went down directly and explain, in reception they was nice and helpful to change my room. The new room was better but, I could still hear some typ of electrical frequency noise, and also it was easy to hear when people walking in hallway and was getring in to there room. Good: Nice and helpfull people in reception. Parking was good and included in your stay. The bed feel solid enough ( I have back problem) so I was little worried but whent fine :) The room feelt clean, bathroom feelt allright. "
