Frangista Beach Vacker ny semester reträtt!

Beläget mittemot stranden är "The Grayt Escape" det mest exklusiva hem som är byggt i detta område!

Ingen kostnad har sparats i vårt nybyggda, över topphemmet.

Nästan 4000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta. På bottenvåningen finns en privat pool (8 fot bred, 6 ft djup och 17 'lång) och spa omgiven av en enorm uteplats med inbyggd gasgrill för den ultimata familjens upplevelsen.

Första våningen har också en sittplats inomhus precis utanför uteplatsen för att göra det enkelt för de inuti att njuta av vad som händer utanför. Det finns två sovrum på denna våning: en kungmästare med eget badrum. Mittemot kungen finns ett drottningssovrum och ett privat badrum. På denna våning hittar du också en "våningssäng" med extra stora dubbla våningssängar. Det finns fullt bad direkt utanför våningssalen. En hiss går till alla våningar i huset samt trappor.

På andra våningen finns ett drottningssovrum med privat badrum till höger om hissen. Rakt tvärs över trappan / hissen finns ett pulverrum, och till vänster finns en stor öppen planlösning / matsal / kök. Det finns vackra lövträ i hela huset och många personliga lyx på detta våning, inklusive en vacker eldstad. Huset har ett SONOS-ljudsystem genom att Bluetooth ansluts till din personliga enhet. Din musik var du än behöver den! Du hittar alla apparater i rostfritt stål i köket inklusive ett grytfyllmedel vid gasspisen. Det finns franska dörrar till en balkong som sträcker sig över hela huset. Det finns en liten balkong med utsikt över poolområdet utanför köket.

På tredje våningen finns ett kök med barområde och ett litet vardagsrum. Det finns en kung sovrum med eget badrum och franska dörrar som leder till en annan stor balkong på framsidan av huset. På baksidan finns det en annan liten balkong utanför köket och ett andra sovrum med privat badrum.

Great house, great location

Easy access to the beach!! The house worked great for us. We had a lot of people and it accommodated everyone well. We took fool advantage of the two refrigerators! Highly recommend for large groups!!!

Family vaca

Beautiful spacious home with a very short walk to the beach!! We did encounter a few issues with the home. The hot tub jets made a horrible loud noise. The tub got hot but we had to turn it off because it was very loud! Around 5 o’clock we could not get out of our driveway due to traffic, it lasted approx 2 hours. Very very loud and busy street in the afternoon. The house had 2 dryers but didn’t work well. The loads had to be extremely small and we still had to dry each load twice. We were a large group and never caught up on laundry due to dryers. The 3rd floor air doesn’t work well. Got extremely hot in the afternoon but would cool off during the night. In spite of the issues, we did enjoy our stay.

Fantastic property and location

7 adults and 5 kids and we had a blast staying here. The house allowed plenty of space to spread out and more than enough room on the second floor to congregate, cook, and eat. Short walk to the beautiful beach and coffee and restaurants. Great patio and pool to hang out in between beach visits. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Spacious and beautiful

It was perfect! I stayed here for my wedding week. Me, my (now husband), and family. 3 bedrooms and a sun room on 1st floor, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom on 2nd floor, 3rd floor has master bedroom and another bedroom. Balcony on all floors. When I tell you this was a perfect location…..no more than 20 min from my reception location….5 min from Baytown Wharf where all the fun is! My wedding was supposed to be on the beach but it poured down raining. The beach is less than 5 min of walking away only bc we took the long route. I love the 2nd floor soooo much! I can go on and on…i plan to book this spot every time i visit Destin! It’s so perfect!!! 6 bedrooms and plenty space to set up additional air mattresses if needed! Heated pool, jacuzzi, grill….ugh! I cant wait to plan my next stay. Scenic gulf is like the main strip with all the hotels and they’re all so close by! 10 stars from me!

Grayt Escape

Beautiful beach home. Lots of room, great kitchen/den area. An elevator is always a plus. We’ve been to Destin/Miramar area for over 30 years. Grayt Escape is one of the better homes we’ve stayed in. Thanks, Roxanne, you have been a pleasure. The Simoneaux family❣️

The best rent house in Destin

This house was perfect for our large party of guests. The weather this week was not as warm as we thought so having a heated pool and hot tub to relax in was amazing. Every bedroom had a full bathroom and a TV which was nice for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with an assortment of tools to use and even an ice maker! This house was also in a perfect spot that is right across the street from the beach, down the street from several restaurants, and in a quiet part of Miramar. Check out was easy and Roxanna was very caring and attentive! The only note I would give to future renters would be to bring extra trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Our group was bigger so we brought our own which was perfectly fine! I will be returning to this house next time we plan to come back. I truly do not think that there is a better place to stay in Miramar. Thank you for your hospitality Roxanna!

A Truly Grayt Escape

We have enjoyed staying at this property dour of the past five years and have planned to book again in 2022. The property is in a perfect location for us - close to the beach but not in the very busiest part of the area. The property has everything that a large family needs: great location, plenty of space, great amenities and proximal to everything you need for food, supplies, shopping and entertainment. The property manager has been attentive and quick to respond anytime we have needed assistance. We are big fans and appreciate very much our opportunities to take vacation time here.

Absolutely lovely home.

This home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. My family enjoyed the time in the home as well as on the beach. It was missing the iPad and the elevator didn’t work yet it didn’t stop it from being a wonderful stay.

Family Fall Break Vacation

The property was nice however, it was not ideal for us... We are a close family and felt the floor plan of this home was too chopped up. It had little living rooms/sitting areas and only one big area which was on the second floor. We were there from Monday to Saturday and there was 10 of us total. The house has two kitchens but really only one is stocked with dishes, etc... so really don't see the point in the 3rd floor kitchen. there was not even a coffee cup up there. For the price of this home it should be stocked with more than one roll of paper towels and hand soap and a bar of soap in each bathroom and Kitchen and for sure more than 1-2 rolls of toilet paper. We were prepared for these things as we had rented before other properties similar to this that didn't have them but it is very inconvenient, especially if flying... that is just more stuff to carry... The home didn't offer any beach chairs to use or a cart to carry your stuff to the beach. You have to either bring your own or rent chairs from the company that is on the private beach. The positive things about the home are the pool is heated which was very nice due to the cool snap we had toward the end of our week. It has a nice hot tub attached to the pool. It had a nice gas grill in a covered area down by the pool. It doesn't have a table outside to use but you did have pool chairs for laying out in. The house itself shades the pool area a lot so sun was hard to find. The elevator was extremely helpful, once we learned how to use it, for carrying groceries to the kitchen on the second level and luggage to the third floor bedrooms. The kitchen on the second floor is well stocked. There is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig Coffee Maker. Of course you have to bring your own coffee and there was a couple of filters there. We brought our own. There was a Keurig Coffee maker on the third floor however again no dishes / cups to use up there. I found that odd since that was where the main bar was... Ice was a shortage.... It has a big ice maker that never worked. The refrigerator on second floor had ice available in the door but not a big producer.... We purchased two bags of ice and that was good for us. We loved our vacation and did a lot of different activities off the property. We went to Fudpuckers to the alligator park and got to feed and hold alligators, rode a real pirate ship, great for kids, out on a pontoon boat to Crab Island, & Deep Sea Fishing on Disciple Ship!

Great House!

Can't go wrong with this house! Loved how clean it was. Everything was in working order. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming. Only suggestion would be to have more seating at the dinner table. This house sleeps 20. The table has 8 chairs and there are 4 taller stools at the island.

Great Location

We had two families (4 children total) and the house was big enough for us to all gather together on the 2nd floor or break away and do your own thing. The pool was great in the afternoons for the children and the beach was right across the street. We had a few very minor things happen with the house and the property manager had someone there within 15 minutes to address it. A great stay and great responsiveness.

New construction with great location

Check-in was easy. House was well stocked with pans, linens and towels. All rooms pretty much have their own bathroom so it was great for multiple families. Elevator was nice for the grandparents and hauling all the luggage in! Pool and hot tub were nice and warm during our December stay that we still got good use out of both. The best part was the location! It is located across the beach, a walking trail goes right in front of the house, and within walking distance to a coffee shop, a couple restaurants to sit and look at the ocean and a small Dairy Queen! Recommend for groups and families.

Will be back!!

My husband and I brought our children and parents for a week to be together and get away to warm weather. The location of this house was PERFECT (right across the street from beach) and the heated pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed for morning and evening swims—the kids (7 and 3) were in heaven. It was also a great location for morning walks and short walks to grab coffee and head to beach shops. Rox, the property manager, was extremely attentive and proactive. We needed some alternative accommodations for check in/out due to our flight times and she was able to make last minute adjustments to accommodate—which we GREATLY appreciated. We did have an issue with the grill and a fire extinguisher was missing from the property—but the issue was quickly resolved and maintenance dropped off a fire extinguisher. Also, my family loves to cook and due to COVID we wanted to stay in and cook each meal, but the pots, pans, and utensils could be replaced at this point. Also, the beach and some of the bath towels and bed pillows weren’t the best quality—but this is us being very picky! This property, its location, the property manager, the layout, space, ample Bedrooms, outdoor space, and on suite bathrooms will absolutely have us returning! Do yourself a favor and vacation at this home!

Wonder Vacation Home

This house was the perfect vacation home. Everything was just like the pictures show. The location was perfect for the beach. The walk was shorter than we have had staying at condos in years past. The owner was great to work with. There were 9 of us and 3 different families. We loved the 2 full kitchens, 2 washers and dryers, and 3 living areas. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. This ice machine was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.

Great stay even though Hurricane Sally decided to join our adventure.

This property was excellent. The listing accurately portrays everything on the property, it's in great shape, the pool and hot tub are excellent as well. I'm also in a unique position to see how well the property held up during a category 2 hurricane(Sally). We didn't experience the eye wall that hit Gulf Shores and Pensacola but Miramar Beach received over 22 inches of rain and the property didn't flood and we didn't lose power. Many people couldn't say the same thing at Miramar. I'm not recommending staying at the beach during a Cat2 Hurricane but if you have to or choose to, it held up well. Our family was very happy with the accommodations and Roxanne was excellent to work with and flexible. We'd definitely look to stay here in the future.
