The management company failed to communicate with the owners about the unsafe feelings we felt staying at the house due to the neighborhood. “Overall great location. Close to the beach. Enough room and amenities. Pool was great. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced asap. Too many stains and long time wear. Luckily there were throws we could cover up to stretch out comfortably. There is only one tv in the living room. Walls need to washed down or due for a painting overall. Tub in master did not drain well. Obvious issue as the maintenance staff was there when we arrived with a bottle of Draino. I don’t know if we would...

“Very nice stay! I could sit out on the patio and stare at the gulf for days. We had everything we needed, and the condo was very clean. The front door is a little difficult to open and close, but the door handle and lock felt like an extra layer of safety and security. Would stay here again. Thanks!”

We really enjoyed the beach service with umbrella and chairs. Location was great and convenient to both Fort Walton Beach and Destin. A lot of great restaurants in the area. ”
