The host canceled my reservation and I have not received my refund

The host contacted me quickly after I paid for the reservation. The host told me that it was already reserved for the weekend. He told me he was on the phone with VRBO taking care of it. He then told me on July 16, 2025 that I would be receiving a refund. It is now July 31, 2025 and I do not have my refund. I have tried to take care of this through the VRBO website and the Vrbo app. The website just had a virtual agent and said I could not receive a refund because the reservation had already passed. I have sent messages to the host and I have not heard back yet.

The stay was excellent. The owner is extremely responsive and available for any needs, the place was so cool and comfortable. Very nice and the deck at the complex is such a neat touch, very cool for pictures.

Great space near Convention Center

We took a trip to Ft Worth for my daughter's gymnastics event at the Convention Center so we needed a place to stay near the area. The apartment was just perfect! The place is beautiful and very well kept. The area is super nice and parking was no issue. Loved the terrace and that view!! I would stay here again if opportunity takes us back to Ft. Worth.
