“The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely! “Well where to start. We stayed 3 nights but only slept there. The Good....the lady in the office was an abdolute gem. She is probably the best thing about this place. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her. The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. It was clean and tidy but definitely had wear and tear. It does have great...

“The room that I booked was a Suite for Double queen. Never got that room type and the room we did receive was filthy. Items from previous guests were still there the refrigerator was nasty. Cigarette burns on every surface imaginable but this is a non smoking hotel. My child mentioned the toilet smelled like someone just pooped in it. I was very surprised as Extended stay America has a great reputation. Turns out for this location it’s an exception to the norm.”
