“The property was absolutely beautiful but that being said we had some major issues. First off you need a serious 4wd vehicle to even get to the property and had no idea before. Luckily we had a 4wd suv and it barely made it. Once we got there the staff was very nice and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we were very impressed. We were told we were getting upgraded because the resort was empty. We asked if the pool in the upgrade was heated since we had previously requested the outdoor...

“The owner was incredibly friendly, greeting us with a complimentary drink and a hot towel right at check-in. Our room came stocked with coffee and tea, and we were also allowed to check in an hour early. Throughout my stay, the host was extremely attentive, always ensuring we had everything I needed. I could simply send a text if I wanted a ride, had questions about local activities, or needed help with food delivery. One of the highlights was getting a ride to the nearby hot springs, which was...
