“I payed for 2 nights I expect the facilities to work there was no hot water the whole stay I'm not been funny but I'd like some sort of refund I wasn't able to have a wash,bath or shower in 2 days why are u taking bookings if u know there's no hot water ”

“The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. “Great location, clean and very responsive owner who gave us an early check in. Only complaint would be the two single beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in each one. We managed to use extra duvets the second night to make it more comfortable.”
