“Room was fine. Bed frame is solid metal to floor so any bumps rattled loudly. Room was warm despite making the room cooler. Airport shuttle starts at 3:45am. ”

“Only one pack of coffee in the room and the heaters were to noisy. ”

“We arrived at almost midnight so I can’t say how the pool and recreational amenities are. But our room was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was also super friendly and professional. ”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“This place was well worth the money. It was quiet, clean, very friendly and the breakfast was above average. The location worked out well too, we felt very safe and there's a few places within walking distance but several more with a short drive. We stayed here to send our child to the Navy and it was about a 5 minute drive to MEPs.”

“As someone who has stayed here multiple times this time was such a let down. We pulled out the pullout bed and the sheet was not changed and covered in sta8ns. The tub had pubes all around it. Seemed someone cleaned in a hurry. Not a deal breaker, but hope they improve for next time.”
