Best View of Puget Sound

Relax and be inspired by the breathtaking 180° Puget Sound View! A beautiful, serene, island retreat that feels worlds away but only a few miles from the quaint town of Gig Harbor. Soak up views of the Olympics and all of Carr Inlet with delightful sunsets, while drinking a glass of wine at the outdoor fire pit, or while soaking in the hot tub watching eagles soar overhead. Decorated with stunning local Northwest images by renowned photographer and owner. This scenic, private, Mother In Law apartment is the lower level of a residential home with a separate entrance and private patio with fire-chat area, outdoor seating, BBQ grill and 4 person hot tub. The unit accommodates 2 people in their own bedroom or 4 total with additional, pull out sofa-bed with Queen tempurpedic mattress. Luxurious linens, a variety of pillows and blankets are all provided. This beautiful, private space with full bath and kitchen are appointed with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, kitchenware, dish and laundry soap, coffee and tea, toilet paper and paper towels and all linens.
The unit is the lower level of a home and has a private entrance. Access to the unit is down 8 steps with a railing or walk around down a gentle slope.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The quiet, secluded, insanely beautiful view was just what my sister and I were looking for. The hot tub and outdoor seating area with fire pit was perfect in the evenings. The unit is down some fairly steep stairs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. We only had one minor issue with the shower, but the host fixed it within the hour while we were out exploring the area. The host does live on the property, so you will hear them walking around upstairs, so if you are seeking a quiet space to work or rest during the daytime, that may be an issue for you. It was not a problem for us, as we were up early, and out most of the day sightseeing. The couch has a pull out bed, which is nice. It was an amazing experience and I will be staying there again if I am in the area. Thank you, Janelle!

This place is magical! Super comfy bed (we’re picky!), spotless and 5-star all the way. Mornings and sunsets in the hot tub with epic views and birds overhead—pure bliss. Huge shoutout to Jenelle for all the thoughtful touches—robes, slippers, even binoculars. Already dreaming of going back.

Spectacular doesn’t begin to describe the views from 180 degrees. The peacefulness of the surroundings is almost surreal. The lodging is equipped with anything you might need. All you have to do is relax and enjoy.

Very clean. The view was amazing. The hot tub was awesome. I have no complaints. The only thing that wasnt there was Audrey the cat. We were excited to meet her but she never showed up. Other than that it was a great mini vacation.

We had the most amazing and relaxing stay at this beautiful waterfront property. From the breathtaking and amazing views of the Puget Sound, sunsets, and Bald Eagles to a perfectly decorated and stocked kitchen, we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. We will definitely be back in the future.

There are places you stay, and then there are places you feel. This was the latter.A 180-degree view that makes you forget the rest of the world exists
 snow falling while we soaked in the hot tub, wrapped in silence so deep it felt sacred. Every inch of this place is designed for comfort, ease, and just the right amount of indulgence.Jennelle nailed it—flawless presentation, seamless communication, and an atmosphere so dang perfect it felt like it was made just for us. This was more than a getaway, more than a stay—it was exactly what we needed. A place to breathe, to be, to exist without the static of the outside world.We’ll be back!

We are extremely happy to have chosen this Vacation Rental! Jennelle, the owner and host was most helpful and gracious. Receiving the entry instructions a day in advance was appreciated. She came out to greet us upon arrival and showed us around.,The unit is compact but we had everything we needed. The furnishings were top quality inside and out. Jennelle is a talented photographer and her pieces on display were very interesting and enjoyable. The view, of course is the main highlight. We can’t recommend this unit highly enough!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay on the Puget Sound. This was the perfect place to stay. It was private, clean, and quiet. We used the washer/dryer which was handy. And we walked the short trail for even better views! Would definitely return!

Thank you so much for the stay at your one80° apartment. It was perfect, quiet, well equipped, you were responsive when I had questions. I got so much done and at the same time felt the space to relax as well as be productive in my future planning. Thank you so much for your amazing space for our honeymoon. The touch of leaving us a gift of champagne was so thoughtful. We loved the space, it was local to restaurants and sites we wanted to see but also quiet and allow us to just relax for a few days. It was amazing would definitely come again. Communication with the owner was also Quick and clear. Wonderful experience!

Only suggestion would be to stock cooking oil (vegetable or olive oil) instead of just Pam. There was balsamic but no oil to dress a salad. Otherwise great place! Also the freezer melted our ice cream bc it is not cold enough.
