âLate check-in after a 20-hour flight from Europe. We are met by a musty smell and generally poor air quality. We turn on the AC and go to bed. The next day, we discover a cracked toilet, door frames with no paint, and a shower curtain hanging down because the fitting has come loose from the cracked tiles. The bathtub sealant has 25â30 cm long cracks. The bathroom air vent is full of dust, the mirror fogs up after the slightest shower â virtually no ventilation, really unhygienic and definitely...

âThe staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast included in the price was excellent and exceeded expectations.
We stayed here while attending a show at TD Garden. While this is about a 30 minute T ride each way, I feel the hotels in the center of Boston have become extremely overpriced. This hotel is only a few minutes walk from the North Quincy Red Line Station. We felt safe walking from the T to the hotel after 11PM.

âThe property was easily accessible and safe. Parking was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Overall, an excellent stay. We had one issue with the cleaning staff. We asked them to clean our room when we left for the day. We returned to the room that evening and nothing had been touched. Not a big deal. We can clean up after ourselves, but expected more.â
