“Late check-in after a 20-hour flight from Europe. We are met by a musty smell and generally poor air quality. We turn on the AC and go to bed. The next day, we discover a cracked toilet, door frames with no paint, and a shower curtain hanging down because the fitting has come loose from the cracked tiles. The bathtub sealant has 25–30 cm long cracks. The bathroom air vent is full of dust, the mirror fogs up after the slightest shower — virtually no ventilation, really unhygienic and definitely...

“Modern and clean room. Well equipped. Fresh and modern interior of the hotel. Gym was ok, not big but worked. Breakfast very simple.”

“Not much to say. Receptionist was not welcoming. Hotel was old and far outside town.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are from Scandinavia, do not expect a big complete breakfast, it is very basic by Scandinavian standards.”

“No 24 hour coffee, had to ask for coffee, even at 530 am. The pool was so cold, my grandchildren didn't even want to use it. The floor in the exercise room had piles of dirt behind the treadmills. Breakfast was barely warm. There was an unexpected $10 per night parking charge. I would not stay here again.”
