“Unfortunately my stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful at all,.we didn't ask for favors we were willing to pay and they still didn't accommodate. For the price $1071 for 3 nights and tbe reputation i was expecting way better. The food is mediocre and that's a nice way to describe it. Punctuality for the morning buffet is completely lacking. Pictures and reviews are very misleading. I hope this will help others choose better. ”

“Room was clean, quiet, comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay provided. The staff we encountered were very nice and professional. Location was convenient to everything. Will stay here again when a hotel in Knoxville is needed. ”

“Because of construction, had to carry my huge suitcase up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Very inconvenient. Not easy to do either. I also had to add a day and my rate was more. I had a death in the family and had to push my visit two days, I felt they should have honored the rate I had under the circumstances. Pretty hotel and the restaurant waitress was wonderful! ”

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. It’s one of my highlights when I visit Knoxville. Staff was amazing, food was great, and the rooftop happy hour provided an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area! ”

“Bar was great. All staff were friendly. Room needs updates. Fire alarm went off when taking a shower. TP holder fell off and we fixed it kind of. Round vent thing in bathroom fell out in the middle of the night and hit the floor. Elevator was bad at times only 1/3 worked. Dirty dishes were left on the table by the elevator for days. ”

“The village is beautiful and the staff very helpful. Wonderful place to spend a few days and unwind. Room was immaculate and very charming. Landscaping was so beautiful and attention to detail was noticeable. The food at dinner was very inadequate and substandard. It was served and done in 35 minutes. We were not offered any drinks or even shown a drinks menu. ”

“Booked for one night. Clean room, good AC, nice bathroom/shower, friendly staff, and good breakfast! If traveling to Knoxville, I would stay again! Only about 8 minutes from the Civic Center. ”

“The room had some sort of smell…dingy moldy smelling. Considering the cost of this property they really need to consider updating and getting proper cleaning done.”
