Mycket snyggt inrett tre sovrum rancher i en stor bostadsomr��de (Clearwater) som har stor gemensam pool och tennisbanor. Fastigheten är en nivå med trevlig öppen planlösning. En master svit med ytterligare två sovrum och hall bad. Bra däck utanf�����r k��k och matplats. Bethany parkeringstillstånd medföljer denna uthyrning. Djurvänligt (extra avgifter tillkommer). Great property! Just the right size for our family. Great little backyard complete with table and umbrella. Stocked with everything you would need in a kitchen. Plenty of parking. The pool was secluded with ample shade and the pickle ball court was pristine. Will definitely stay here again.

Needed Improvements

The propery location was good. The backyard was pleasant and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed the pool. The beds were terrible . Even young members of my family complained of back bain after sleeping on the beds( everyone of them) for one night. I wound up sleeping on the sofa the entire time. There were no bath mats in either bathroom. Nor was there a kichen mat. There were not enough bowls or plates. I have rented all my life at the Ocean at either Bethany or Ocean City, Maryland and have never experienced a rental that did not provide basic mats for tge bathroom and kitchen. There was no handsoap in either bathroom and we had to purchase this as well. Most time owners also provide this basic necessity. There were no cleaning supplies. I like to try and keave an owner's property in a clean state, however there was no windex, comet, or ckeaning supplies. Again, every rental I have occupied has provided these staples.

Cute quiet home

Nice quiet area. Easy to get places and management is <10 min away. Clean and spacious home. There's only one TV in one bedroom though so its a little behind the times in that aspect. If your just looking for a no frills place to stay this is it. Management girls were great with check in and out and we had no issues with property while there.

Exceeded expectations

This house exceeded our expectations! It was in a really great area (less than 5 minutes to anything you could need- grocery, beach, shops, restaurants). As noted previously the yard is not full fenced in however the neighborhood is a really great place to walk dogs. The cleanliness of the house was not an issue for us. Checking in and out was also super easy. We would recommend this house and company in the future for sure. Great neighbors too! Very friendly.

Wasn't clear that they didn't supply anything, and no bed sheets, no toilet paper, no paper towels,

Very surprised they didn't supply anything, even basic, toilet paper, paper towels, sheets for beds, towels to take shower, all beds are very uncomfortable, should be replaced. Other than that house was nice area was quite. But very disappointed about not having the basics, first place I ever stayed that at least didn't supply the basic since there was a large cleaning charge.

Short stay

We had a great family vacay. House was the perfect size, all on one floor, beautiful neighborhood, and the neighbors were so friendly. Close to the beach and other activities for the kids. I loved our stay!!!

Dog friendly and a quick drive to either Bethany Beach or Fenwick Island State Park (the dog friendly beach). 2/4 oven burners did not work and the grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Has a nice yard, deck and outdoor shower.

Over all a pleasant stay

Overall it was a pleasant stay for my family. There were some things that could have been better but not enough to not enjoy the stay. Cons: Beds were like sleeping on a table and made lots of noise when turning or re-adjusting for comfort. One of the stove burns was tempermental when on high setting and the drier was very slow to dry clothes, it took about 3 cycles to get our clothes to dry. There were some minor damages apon arrival sich as glass on table had been broken and fixed with tape, the closet door in the bu k bed room wouldn't close and under the top bunk the lining had a rip in it. Pros: location was great and excellent environment for your furry friend. Rooms were roomy and the ceiling fans were a blessing. Furniture and the layout were perfect for our family. We would definitely rent again possibly for our next summer vacation.

Cute little beach cottage

Great experience for my family and I along with our doggies. Love that a parking pass was included so that we didn't have to worry about parking delimmas down town and at the beach. We never did find the community pool but we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. Really great trip and house/location. Would recommend.

Nice place.

Overall very nice. A few things that could have made it better. The mattresses were not comfortable. The kitchen had a ton of ants. The table had a glass top with a large crack which of course the kids couldn't resist & cut themselves. Half of the stove top ranges did not work.

Great house, stressful neighbors

The home was lovely. It had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable with great appliances. The master bed was on the hard side, but we fixed that by putting an extra comforter under the mattress pad. The other beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. Our only challenge was the next door neighbors. I realize that the homeowner does not have control over this, but it was enough of an upsetting experience that I would like to give the homeowner and any future guests a “heads up.” When we first arrived, the neighbor came over with his two dogs off-leash, introducing himself and his dogs. His dogs ran all over the front lawn and up on the front porch, so we had a little bit of difficulty moving our things into the house while keeping his dogs out, until we said goodbye and finished up. The next day, as my adult daughter was letting our dogs play in the front yard, partially on their property, his wife opened the door and started yelling at my daughter “Can you not?!.” My daughter apologized and, although there was no clear demarcation of the boundary between the yards, never again let our dogs in any “questionable area” of the lawn. We walked the dogs on other side walks and grassy areas of the community, as did many other dogs owners we saw during our week there. When we arrived home from the beach near the end of our vacation week, there was a plastic fence (I assume marking the property line) with an sign attached to it telling us to our dogs off their yard and clear up the waste/poop AND there was a bag of dog poop on the front step of the house. We texted the number on the sign to say our dogs had never used their lawn to go to the bathroom and that we would never ever leave our dogs’ poop without cleaning it up, but he called back to continue to accuse us of letting our dogs use their lawn as a bathroom. Although we were determined to not let it ruin our vacation, it was sad to think that we had to deal with neighbors who treated us so poorly when we had been very respectful of their property.

Spacious, sunny and great location!

Perfect for my husband and I and our two little dogs! Enough space that our grown up kids came for the weekend and there were plenty of room! Great location and because the owner had given us pool passes and a Bethany parking permit, the beach was a 5 minute drive with plenty of parking! Pool was perfect too! Highly recommend this property to any one who is looking for a place quieter but still minutes away from great restaurants and beaches!
