“We stayed in a room with an ocean view. It was lovely to see the sunrise and sunset. The room was spacious with a large kitchenette area. The location is a good one as it’s easily accessible to Fenwyck Island, Bethany Beach and Ocean City. The only issue was the Internet was not working consistently and was slow.”

“This stay was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned. There was visible grime and mineral buildup on the shower head where the water comes out, stains on the sheets and pillowcases, leftover sand on the floor from previous guests, stains on the sofas, and dirty dishes. I paid for a partial ocean view, but there was absolutely no view of the ocean from our room. The worst part happened the morning after our one night stay. My 2 year old son woke up covered in...

“Very plain hotel. No pool, restaurants. Other than that a very clean hotel”

“The room was clean, the staff were ok, but the breakfast was mid. But to be able to feed that many people, I understand. But I only got a total feeling of Mid.”

“Feeling of dampness in the room, property is basically a bare minimum. Would not consider it a "nice" hotel.”
