The grassy area to the right of the entrance was covered with trash. We were on the 7th floor. There were terrible stains on the carpet outside the elevator where it appeared that pets had gone to the bathroom and were never cleaned up. “Place was way out of date very small,AC unit worked but was very noisy. Charged a 14.99 cleaning resort fee which is outrageous. That fee made this hotel more expensive then a nicer one they don't tell u about this fee until you check in. BEWARE!”

“Location, location, location! It's in one of the best locations in Rehoboth. On the first block from the beach. Restaurants are a stones throw away. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Our room was a little tight, but well furnished and updated. The balcony chairs were great! I was glad the TV still had local stations on it. ”

“Our room had to be moved because of a barking dog. Not the hotels fault, but an inconvenience to us. Otherwise our stay was good. They are going thru a management change, so we get there are bumps in the road. We are considering another stay later this year. Hopefully things will improve. The breakfast can use some improvement. Maybe add an extra protein like cooked eggs or bacon or sausage on the side. Like I said, things can move forward. Otherwise not a bad stay at all. We can recommend some...
