“Randolph was excellent when we arrived. During our stay the hotel was implementing a new key card service and, unfortunately, had some hiccups with it. Randolph and Mellissa went out of their way to provide us with excellent service. They even made us, my wife and I, laugh a few times as they tried their best to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented.
