“This property was very clean. The check in process is super easy and the host are very quick to respond and attend to your needs. We were missing some bedsheet for the fold out couch and trundle bed, but after texting the host they were delivered almost instantly. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet. “We enjoyed our week at Summer Knights. The house was immaculately clean! Very important to me as I usually feel the need to clean if it looks dirty, but not this house.. it was sparkling clean!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable couch and beds. Our children age 3 and 5 loved the toys, especially the tent and camping toys, Legos, magnetic board, and bubbles. “My room was a little mildew smelling…. Curtains and sleeping sofa definitely needed to be changed out…. New tub is needed and carpet needed cleaning…. AC didn’t work had to get box fans for me and my family….staff was nice but I don’t think they knew about the problems in the rooms or maybe it was just my particular room…. Definitely not worth the $800 spent on two nights”
