“Nice lake view. Very clean. Great communication.”

“The house was great! Great location close to campus. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner and let us check in a little early. Loved that we were able to bring our furry friends along. The only complaint I could make was the mosquitos in the yard were terrible so if you want to enjoy the beautiful yard or have animals coming along, pack bug spray. Thanks for the stay! ”

“We had an excellent! Summer was fantastic and very responsive, providing everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We did have a small issue with the shower drain; however, Summer responded quickly and corrected the issue the next day. The house was a little out of the way, but I enjoyed every minute. I would love to stay here again!”

“The place was beautiful and very clean. Great pictures of Colbert Hills around the house were a nice touch. Also cordless phone chargers throughout the house were very helpful . Hope to stay here again in the future. Also the patio area is very peaceful and great views. ”

“The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.”

“We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, which made settling in feel effortless and comfortable. It's tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gave us a peaceful retreat--no traffic noise, just calm surroundings and a great sense of privacy. A couple of things to note: the water pressure in the master was quite low. Also if you're planning to cook, be aware that the kitchen is light on cookware, especially pans-so you might want to bring a few extras...
