Warning! Choose another hotel!
Warning! Paid for breakfast but nothing was served. Hotel refuse to pay refund of 75euro. Promise pool in adverts but it is closed. Restaurant closed. Broken AC in room, feces in toilet from earlier guest, missing top madrass in bed (slept on springs). Worst hotel I’ve ever visited and they refuse to answer to complaints and request for refund. This hotel does not deserve it’s paying guest. Choose another hotel if possible. Probably fake positive reviews about this hotel.

It is correct that our hotel is currently under renovation, and therefore some amenities were not available, such as pool and fitness. So that we can offer our guests, a contemporary product. Breakfast has been credited back to you. However, I do not understand your statement, with the bed without mattress, each room has a high quality mattress, which is often praised by our guests. You can be assured that we will use your feedback for training purposes. and also that all our reviews are from our valued guests. please feel free to raise these points directly with my colleagues. Because then we can also react!

Rent och fint. Allt fungerar. Frukosten perfekt. Men.... shuttlen till/från flygplatsen måste förbättras. Den delas med 2 andra hotell och blir snabbt överfull. Ett större problem är ljudisoleringen. Inte alls tillräckligt med tanke på närheten till flygplatsen.

Slightly above average airport hotel.
I attended a training course at Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport so decided to fly in the night before and stay the night. The price was very reasonable. I took the shuttle bus which was a little bit confusing because there are many shuttle buses going to different hotels. I only knew which one to get on because I overheard other guests saying they were going to the same hotel so I followed them. The room itself was clean, functional and fairly comfortable. I ate at the restaurant for lunch and was happy with the quality. Overall, I wouldn't stay here if I was visiting Frankfurt for pleasure - I would prefer a more luxurious experience when on vacation. However, the hotel was absolutely up to scratch for my business needs and for that reason, I would be happy to stay there again.

Ett slitet hotell som man försöker bevara stilen på men det lyckas dåligt. Hur man kan klassificera detta till 4 stjärnor är svårt att förstå. Ett plus med en pool men även det utrymmet var slitet och gammalt. Det fungerade bra för en övernattning på vägen men inte mer, kommer inte komma tillbaka, det finns betydligt mer prisvärda alternativ.

Probably not again.
Restaurant was silly expensive and food so so... I normally stay at Sheraton at Frankfurt airport when i have early morning flights and will continue doing so in the future instead of this hotel. Fitness center was basically three machines out of service. Overall a ok to good hotel with nice staff but not what you could expect for price.

Good transfer hotel near the airport.
Very good transfer hotel with free shuttle bus to the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle does not go that often and you can end up taking a taxi instead.

Zum Frühstück morgens um 6 gab es keinen Kaffee. Erst um 6:55Uhr lief die Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben dafür nur Schulterzucken von den Angestellten bekommen. Der Koch stand im Speisesaal und hat laut erzählt, dass er 2 neue in der Küche hat die nichts können. Das halbe Haus war eine Baustelle. Positiv war die Sauberkeit und das bequeme Bett. Aber das hat sich nicht gelohnt. Für den Shuttle zum Flughafen muss man noch extra 8€ bezahlen. Leider war es insgesamt nicht sehr gut.

After check-in and unpacking my luggage, I realized the refrigerator was not working; first they told me that someone will come to see, but then I was told to check-in in another room, therefore packing my suitcase again after a tired 19-hour flight. The limited number of clothes hangers do not have the bottom part to hang your pants, I did not expect for apologies from the staff, but instead, to hear a ´joke´ about it is too much! There is no phone in the rooms, so for all this coming and going you have to go down and wait in line to be attended again. The air conditioning dial does not seem to be working so I had to keep opening the window. The shuttle bus is so limited (from the hotel finishes at 9:40 and only starts again at 18:30) that I had to take taxi most of the time, including the last day to pick up my suitcases and go back to the airport. Also, the shuttle bus stop is a block away and in the open air, so when it is raining is quite unfeasible. I bought vouchers for the shuttle bus ahead and because of the limited schedule, I had one extra to which I asked for the refund, but received no reply, only a ´smile´ from the attendant doing the check-out. Definitely do not recommend this hotel, there are far better hotels that I stayed in the vicinity.

ホテルの部屋は清潔感があり、フロントの応対も良い。ただし部屋には通常ホテルにあると期待する物が置いていなかった。 例えば、アメニティーは、手洗いのHand Wash と、シャワー室にHair & Body Wash が1本のみ。Conditioner 無し。日本から、ヘアトリートメントを持って行って正解でした。ティッシュも無し。湯沸かし器も無いため、あたたかい飲み物(Tea or Coffee)飲めず。ドイツのホテルって通常こうなのか? 立地は空港から無料シャトルバスで10分以内なので、距離としてはOKだが、ホテルから空港まで戻るのは無料ではありません。ホテルでシャトル代を支払うと€8だが、バスの運転手に直接だと€4でした。ホテルの周辺は徒歩5分くらいの場所にスーパーマーケットがあるのみ。安いのでこの立地は仕方ない。

We came just for one night as we had a connecting flight the next morning. It was easy to get to with a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Very comfortable stay.

Hotel ist ok. EUR 27 mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen. Restaurant erst um 18.00 Uhr offen. Shuttle zum Flughafen wird angeboten fuer $ 8.00 vom benachbarten Moxy Hotel, die nehmen aber nur $ 4.00 fuer den shuttle. Das Moxy hat eine super lebendige Lobby mit Bar und serviert ein paar Mahlzeiten. Wuerde das naechste Mal das Moxy nehmen. Gutes indisches Restaurant 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt

Held the rsvp online but wanted to pay with a different card once there. Still charged the wrong card. Hotel had little to no amenities. Very bare minimum No iron. No coffee maker. No phone. Terrible wifi. No smart TV to stream or cast show. No vending machines except what was in the lobby.

While we currently do not offer irons in the room, we do have ironing facilities available upon request, and we regret this was not made clear during your stay. As for the in-room amenities, our focus is on contemporary design and comfort, hence the absence of coffee makers and phones. We understand that reliable wifi is crucial, and we're looking into strengthening the signal to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity. While our HDTVs are not equipped with smart features, we provide a variety of satellite channels for our guests' entertainment. Staff took forever to check me in, no toiletries in the room, no brush or anything, and if you want to call room service you can't because there's no phone, I asked twice about the shuttle but nobody seemed to be able to tell me that a ticket is needed to get on it, which I had to purchase separately, there's no place to eat nearby and staff couldn't even tell me where or how to get hot water. I would be okay with this but for just 40 € more i could have booked the marriot or something.
