Fantastic Franklin
Great location, very central to exploring Sth of Hobart. Great river view and access. Well resourced but no traditional oven in the kitchen. However walking distance to good cafes and restaurants.

Amazing
Amazing, very impressive little place. So many extra touches on our arrival that we really noticed. Fresh cut flowers from the garden on the window sill, welcome note, plenty of brochures, maps, etc for the area and beyond, instructions for all appliances. You name it, it was covered. Really wish we had more time to stay. Thank you Southerly

River watchers delight
Relaxing haven for husband I to recharge and laze around the accommodation. Enjoyed the cozy holiday house feel with coffees, reading material, lunches in front of the picture window. Comfortable bed and bedding and large warm shower. A sweet getaway for two

We loved the Funky Flat
Everything was great - well situated, clean, comfortable, easy and pleasant. Loved the goodies as well. Only issue, and this is most certainly not the fault of the owner, was the hooning right outside the property each night. On Sunday night we were awoken 3 times, the last being at 2:30 am. It is unfortunate that these inconsiderate people spoil it for everyone. I sincerely hope that this was an once-off issue. Regards Gavin and Hermie

Hi Gavin and Hermie Thanks for the kind words and I am glad the flat was good for you. I drove past on the weekend and I noticed the tire marks on the road and I immediately thought oh know! I hope this didn't disturb my guests- but unfortunately it did. I am very sorry that you had to experience this and it hasn't been an issue before and I will endeavor to find out who and hope to stop it happening again. Very disappointing for you and me. Enjoyed immensely . Beautiful views , everything you want was provided. Heater going when we arrived.Nice to have carport , lots of beautiful books. Would recommend to anyone we know .

Best Funky Flat Option
We loved the Overall feel of the flat..it was so well thought out with all inclusions, that it felt like home. The Picture - Perfect location from the rear windows was to - die - for.... It made our stay that much more memorable..that we extended our stay and explored even more of the area. Truly a delighful experience

Picture Perfect Views
This funky flat has EVERYTHING we needed for a cosy relaxed, roomy stay. We extended our stay and enjoyed the area and the accommodation so much The views along the river etc from the flat are STUNNING.

Southerly was very helpful. I had confusion with price on the internet & he found out what the problem was & advised me straight away. The pricing was in US$. The flat had everything we needed & more. Even some treats. Pretty location in Franklin. Very clean with modern fittings throughout. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Southerly

Great place to stay.
This was a great place to stay in the Huon. It was within easy walking of good food venues. The flat has a wonderful view of the river from the living area. The location is well positioned for travelling to other areas in the Huon.

This is a beautifully decorated and located close to the park & river. Perfect for walking.

Absolutely perfect
The flat is beautiful and modern. It's in an amazing location, right on the water, and an easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants/pubs. We stayed for 6 weeks while picking cherries and it had absolutely everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!
