âWell, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. â

âThe hotel itâs self was great. The breakfast was good and staff were lovely. The location is somewhat convenient in terms of being a bit far from downtown attractions. Some noises from people in the neighborhood kept us up at night, which is not the hotelâs fault. â
âWe really liked this property; it's conveniently located on Newbury Street, with everything close by. The room was clean and comfortable.
Our only complaint was the 12 flights of stairs, we wish we had known about that before booking. We had a large suitcase, and carrying it up to the 4th floor was definitely not fun.
Otherwise, our stay was great!â
âThe hotel is great. Dulce was very helpful to guests and her colleagues. The location however is not ideal with drug addicts lingering around, but the hotel has stepped up security and there were always security guards around. â
âThis is a great spot. Near a busy intersection, so not quiet but slept well and really enjoyed the location. Beautiful room. Great communication from staff. Fast responses to all my questions.â
âGreat location cute room. Clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind that it is a walk up - I was on the sixth floor which I didnât mind - but it is something to consider if stairs are difficult for you. â

âLocated in a very nice area with a lot of dining and shopping. Right next to Fenway park. The property itself is very nice. There were no issues with check in and free baggage storage. Stayed in a 1bd/1bath that was spacious with a nice kitchen. â
