“TIny rooms. Great location.”

“This is basically a student share, where you will get a room from a kid off for the summer, with shared bathroom (clean enough, but towels provided smelled moldy, so we went out to but a new one). One bed was missing a top sheet, and bottom sheet looked wrinkled, which made us worry about clean sheets. The cleaning lady was very helpful and polite and assured us it was. “Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night).”

After several attempts someone finally picked up our call— to repeatedly say they had sent “several” app‑based messages, later they sent a whatsapp message with detials. “There was very little loud construction outside the window as well as in the building before 8:30 am. The place was cute and relatively clean. Owners gave us a discount for the noise”
