We abandoned our breakfast visit the 1st day (no staff and scant buffet) and regretted staying our second day (poor service and poor food quality for al la carte service). This was the only area I could fault in an otherwise excellent hotel stay.”

“I really appreciate that the hotel has everything you need and you don’t even need to go outside. The restaurant had great food and I appreciate that the Children’s hospital is basically right next door so we did not need to rent a vehicle. Our room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful.”

Thermostats don't work as the heat or cooling is central and based on the date (meaning that in late May it was set to AC, and when it was only in the 50's outside that makes for chilly rooms.
