The river was a little low for us to use our kayaks, but it was an easy drive over to Rushford Lake. The property is great to walk around and we also hiked along the river. Would highly recommend.”

“This was an incredible weekend away for my wife and I. This is one of the cutest cabins I have ever seen. They thought of everything. Comfy beds, dimmable lights, heated bathroom, plenty of firewood, space heater in case you run out of firewood, air conditioner for when you get too hot, power fan that can fan the upstairs when spinning one way and the downstairs when spinning the other, light up mirror in the bathroom, plush towels, beautiful new construction in most rooms, I could go on. “We had an incredible time! The house is gorgeous, the property is beautiful and peaceful. We all had such a fun time swimming, boating, playing games, sitting at the fire pit and wandering the property. ”

“clean and cozy... some small issues others have discussed so I wont beat a dead horse, but the small issues didnt taint a lovely stay. Hoping to be back next year, great spot for Borderland Festival!”

“Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!”

“We enjoyed the cabin very much. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather, or to have a quiet moment alone. My husband fell in love with the Blackstone grill and grilled everything from hamburgers and hotdogs to pancakes and bacon.We would suggest that you replace the lower rack in the dishwasher, so that the lower spray can move freely.”
