“Good layout for traveling as a family. No AC and there were a few wasps around that made us cautious about opening the windows without screens. Our unit had a roof deck that was a neat space and the drying rack was super helpful for after washing and after the lake. Lovely paths all around, swans in the river, it feels like camp for grown ups. Food at the restaurant was good but only 1 GF option. We did use the kitchen and it was small but functional. “The location was stunning but the general standard of the hotel including both the building and the room was very low. It felt like if it had not been refurbished since it was built 50 years ago. The restaurant had excellent view but the interior and design made it feel like a school dining and the staff was not very service minded except for one person. The staff in the reception spoke extremely poor English and could hardly answer general questions like the direction to the lift for the...

“My family and I stayed here for one night, but could have definitely stayed longer! The cabin was clean, modern and minimal. The reception staff were friendly and even offered to reserve a table at the Swiss restaurant across the street (which I recommend trying out!) The only downside was that there seemed to not too much to do in the village, although we only stayed one night. ”

“Chambre très basique (ressemble à une chambre d'hôpital..), salle de bain avec horrible cabine de douche en plastique plutôt sale...chzmbre malgré tout bien équipé, chauffage, clim., sèche serviette.. Calme.. Dommage également que le petit déj ne soit servi qu'à partir de 7h30 et en aucun cas avant.. Rien pour compenser en plus! Rien de véritablement catastrophique mais ne vaut pas le tarif payé. ”

“Site très accueillant, bien entretenu, très bien placé pour randonnées VTT, découverte de la région qui regorge de lieux à découvrir ou simplement farniente (piscine). Eva nous a accueilli chaleureusement et s’est pliée en 4 pour nous rendre notre we très agréable. Le village de Lagrand est superbe et paysible.
