“Exceptionally helpful staff! Going on a 4-day trip to Lady Elliot Island and the staff helped us storing our bicycles and excess luggage meanwhile. In addition very nice attitude. The facility was well kept and very comfortable. Coming back to Hervey Bay again, this is the place to stay!”

“Perfekt läge. Går inte att hitta bättre här. Båtarna för att se valar går 50 meter från hotellet. Dock är hotellet absolut inte 4-stjärnigt. Är rätt slitet och har nog aldrig haft den kvaliteten. Verkar ha gått inflation i antal stjärnor som hotellen har... Det gäller både hotellens egen betygssättning och div bokningssidor. Blir tyvärr mer och mer vanligt. Receptionen stänger redan kl 21. Bra restauranger i närheten. Kan ändå rekommenderas pga läget. ”

“The luxury apartments at Grand Mercure Allegra are in great condition and spacious. There is a nice pool and an ok gym at the hotel. The location of the hotel is the problem. Not much to do in Hervey Bay except from trips to lovely Fraser Island. In Hervey Bay there are few and relatively poor restaurants, limited and bad shopping possibilities, and, more or less, empty beaches.”
