“The lady who I’m guessing was the chick running the show was so extremely rude. She got mad at me when we arrived and I asked how to check in? She then just loooed at me when I asked where our room was! Just so unhelpful and awkward. There were 10 adults and 7 kids and we all felt on edge and judged the whole time. We were questioned and basically refused when we asked for fresh towels after 4 days and it had been raining so we were drying ourselves with wet stinky towels. We were lectured upon...

“Great service and a good hotel. Not too much to do in the neighbourhood, but a greatplace to stay before going to fraser island. Further down toward shell beach there were surfboards, bicycles and jet skis for hire and some restaurants. The food at the hotel was great though. Good parking and a good gym (small but uncrowded, fresh equipment and ac). ”

Exceptional staff in a very nice facility
"Exceptionally helpful staff! Going on a 4-day trip to Lady Elliot Island and the staff helped us storing our bicycles and excess luggage meanwhile. In addition very nice attitude. The facility was well kept and very comfortable. Coming back to Hervey Bay again, this is the place to stay!"
