“This house (happy days) is not cleaned properly at all, when we arrived the lawns were long and no maintenance crew attended for the whole 2 weeks of our stay making us not comfortable to let our toddler play outside, there was cockroach droppings all through the house and kitchen all through the utensils and plates and cups and cook ware, all through the dressers in each “room” and live cockroaches throughout the property, broken tv remote, broken stove top and a broken vacuum. “No oven or grill facilities every tap drips needs new washers. Gardens need alot of maintenance. Cooked bones throughout garden beds as cooked bones are very bad for dogs.”

“Had a wonderful time the only problem we had was main bed was very hard to sleep on and the sails are very noisy when the wind blows apart from those two things we throughly enjoy our time there ”

“Great position, plenty of space, ideal for all our needs. However, lots of maintenance is required, lot of spiders on the ceiling of kitchen, downstairs bathroom covered in mould, taps in shower and vanity leaking, mould in upstairs bathroom ceiling, front door screen needs replacing- sharp edges dangerous for toddlers and skin tears. All sliding doors require maintenance and tracks cleaned. ”
