Our inviting 3-bedroom condo in Fraser, Colorado, is the perfect place to call your vacation home. Designed with comfort, convenience, and luxury in mind, you’ll want to keep this as your mountain destination.

On the entry-level, a third bedroom with a twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed is perfect for kids or additional guests. It also comes with its own ensuite bathroom. Plus, a cozy full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room means there’s plenty of sleeping space for everyone.

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 3 levels with 2 stairwells; the bunk room is the only room on the entry floor.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
