“We had a good stay at the Twin and it was a perfect location in proximity for an event at Goucher. The host was very responsive. The beds were comfy. There is a kitchen with pots and pans, but know that if you plan on cooking, you need to bring everything that goes in the pan. That might sound silly, but I had eggs and then realized there was no cooking spray to make them. Not a deal breaker- we'd go back again.”

“First impressions count and we all thought the house was charming. It is quirky but that is part of the appeal. It is centrally located and easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the parade on Memorial Day which was nice. The back garden is large and peaceful if the weather is nice enough to sit outside. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The stairs are quite steep to the first floor so it might be something to consider for those with mobility issues. There...

“Three of us enjoyed our stay at the Spy House. Walking distance to town, but also Storer College, where we caught a concert on the lawn one afternoon. The house had everything we needed and it was quiet and well-equipped. Jay was responsive and checked in on us. Beds were comfortable and thermostat was easy to use. Plus, we all got some writing done! Would stay here again!”

“This was a welcomed reprieve from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Cute place with ample room for 2 adults and our four-legged friends. The host was very responsive and even offered to have a plumber come out and look at the very slow draining kitchen sink. We opted just to deal with but hope it does get fixed as it was a little difficult to ensure the dishes were clean. Other than that, the place was great! Would recommend to friends!”

If you are planning to do the same, and have family stay in the guest house for the weekend, read the contract *carefully*. We skimmed it and failed to realize that you’ll need to take all trash bags to the dumpster by the barn and strip all of the bed sheets and put them downstairs, etc…”
