This beautifully kept 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and relaxation for up to six guests. Each bedroom is outfitted with a plush king-size bed, offering a restful escape after a day of exploring. Outside, the spacious backyard beckons with a soothing hot tub, a cozy fire pit, and a covered patio complete with a BBQ grill—perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Step inside and feel immediately at home in the warm and inviting living room, featuring ample seating ideal for family time, movie nights, or friendly conversation. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining room, where a large table awaits for meals, games, or simply enjoying quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare a full meal or quick snacks with ease.
Each guest will appreciate the privacy and comfort of the well-appointed bedrooms, all featuring king-size beds and their own televisions. The home also includes two convenient bathrooms—one with a shower/tub combination and another with a spacious walk-in shower—ensuring a relaxing experience for everyone.

House Rules and Things to Note:
-No more than 6 occupants permitted
-Pets are not allowed
-Wood for fire pit is not provided. Please make sure there is not a burn ban in place before using firepit.
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.


Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
